Disassembling and Rebuilding

Disassemble the original RC car, measure totally 86 parts including motor; steering; battery; and receivers. Rebuild and reassemble them in Solidworks.

 
 
 
 

Then completely redesign using only the core functional parts.

59 designed parts are applied to make the RC car functional

 
 

This is a 3-wheel RC car designed with two suspended, separated chassises. They are connected by the joint and two shock absorbers in the middle. When it meets the bump, both the front and middle shock absorbers will work to run through smoothly.

 
 
 

It is designed with the in-wheel-motor transmission system that has a two-gear occlusion.
